Order processing
Nespresso prepares paid orders within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Canadian delivery
Orders are shipped within Canada in CAD. Standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier conditions, weather, remote destinations, or address issues.
Tracking and address accuracy
When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete Canadian delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs attention before dispatch.
Delays, loss, or damage
If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, or packaging arrives damaged, email ujariham23@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photographs. We will review the available carrier information and explain the next step.
