30-day request window
Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery. New, unused products may qualify when a customer changes their mind or selects the wrong item. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are also reviewed.
Request approval before mailing
Email ujariham23@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photographs when the item or parcel is damaged. Wait for approval and the correct return address before sending anything. The mailing address shown on our Contact page is not automatically a return warehouse.
Return label and exchanges
A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or unusable, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee. Eligible exchanges depend on review and available inventory.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and checked, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
